If it can't be reduced ...


According to a recent review in the New York Times, Pete Seeger repurposes language from a resolution by the City of Berkeley in If it can’t be reduced on his new CD entitled at 89:

If it can’t be reduced, reused, repaired, rebuilt, refurbished, refinished, resold, recycled or composted, then it should be restricted, redesigned or removed from production.
